Welcome to "Cyber Paranoids" (the "Skill"), an Alexa skill designed to provide informational and conversational responses. By enabling and using this Skill, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Skill developer. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not enable or use the Cyber Paranoids skill.

You acknowledge that the developer is not responsible for the accuracy or content of the AI-generated responses.

You agree to use the Skill responsibly and lawfully. You must not use the Skill to:

• Generate illegal content: Solicit, promote, or participate in illegal activities.
• Harass or harm others: Create defamatory, libelous, threatening, or harassing content.
• Generate sensitive personal information: Input sensitive personal data, such as financial details, health records, or social security numbers, which could be misused.
• Infringe intellectual property: Violate any third party's copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights.
• Bypass safety measures: Attempt to circumvent any safety or content filters implemented within the Skill or by Amazon/OpenAI.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Cyber Paranoids skill is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The developer makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Skill's operation or the information, content, or materials included therein. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, the developer disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

The developer does not warrant that the Skill will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

The developer will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Skill, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

You expressly agree that your use of the Skill is at your sole risk.

6. Intellectual Property

The Skill itself, its underlying code (developed within the Alexa Developer Console), and any proprietary elements belong to the developer. Your inputs (prompts) are processed by OpenAI's API, and their usage is subject to OpenAI's terms.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Skill developer, their affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Skill, or your violation of these Terms of Use.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted within the skill description page in the Alexa Skill Store. Your continued use of the Skill after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
